La Brewhouse is the only u-brew in Chilliwack that makes beer from scratch.  We grind the barley right here in our store. You get great tasting beer without the added preservatives and chemicals that you find in commercial beer.

We have the facilities to allow you to put your beer in 500ml plastic bottles or 355ml aluminum cans.  One batch of u-brewed beer will yeild 140 cans or 96 bottles.  We also offer half batches.

Storage

All beers will deteriorate with age. At La Brewhouse we do not use any preservatives or chemicals in your beer.  Despite our high quality filtration, yeast may form in the bottle approx. 6 weeks after bottling.  It is best to store your beer as cool as possible (without freezing) and away form direct sunlight.
